服務條款
（一）本活動由高雄市政府文化局主辦，活動參加者必須遵守主辦單位公佈之本活動辦法、相關活動規則及注意事項，如有違反視同棄權，主辦單位並得取消其預約活動紀錄。
（二）用戶參加活動即視為同意若因用戶網路狀況、裝置差異、手機設定、移轉帳號或其他變更等不可預測之因素導致活動無法順利完成或預約活動資訊遺失，主辦單位將不負擔任何責任或損害賠償。
（三）主辦單位保有修改、變更、暫停、中止、提前終止或取消本活動或獎項之權利，如有未盡事宜，悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋辦理，而得隨時補充公告之；且主辦單位保留對本活動辦法（包含注意事項）隨時增加、修改、刪減及最終解釋之權利。如有任何變更將公告於活動網頁中，恕不另行通知。主辦單位對於所有活動流程擁有最終解釋權。
（四）主辦單位在法律許可範圍內，對於用戶因參與本活動而生之一切損失及損害，皆不負賠償或補償之責。
隱私政策個人資料告知事項
（一）本活動依個人資料保護法及相關法令之規範，蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料，蒐集與使用您的個人資料，包含姓名、手機、 Email等，以確認預約活動參加者。若活動參加者不願提供相關之個人資料予主辦單位，或者請求停止蒐集、處理或利用，或者請求刪除所蒐集之個資，將視為放棄活動參與資格。
（二）個資蒐集同意說明
為維護個人資料之安全性，主辦單位謹遵循「個人資料保護法」規範，告知參加者相關權益，俾取得同意主辦單位蒐集、處理及利用所提供之個人資料：
Terms of Service
（I）This event is organized by the Bureau of Cultural Affairs, Kaohsiung City Government. Participants must comply with the rules and guidelines published by the organizers. Any violations will be treated as a forfeiture, and the organizer may cancel the participant’s reservation record.
（II）By participating in the event, users agree that the organizer is not responsible for any failures to complete the event or loss of reservation information due to unpredictable factors such as internet conditions, device differences, phone settings, account transfers, or other changes, and will not be liable for any damages or compensation.
（III）The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, terminate early, or cancel the event or any prizes. Any unresolved matters will be handled according to the organizer’s related rules or interpretations, with additional announcements as needed. The organizer also retains the right to add, modify, delete, and provide final interpretations of the event guidelines (including any notices) at any time. Any changes will be announced on the event webpage, and no separate notifications will be provided. The organizer retains the final interpretation rights for all event procedures.
（IV）To the extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by users as a result of participating in this event, and will not be responsible for any compensation or reimbursement.
Privacy Policy - Personal Data Notice
（I）This event collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations. The data collected includes your name, phone number, email, etc., to verify event participants. If a participant refuses to provide the required personal data to the organizer, requests to stop the collection, processing, or use of their data, or requests deletion of the collected data, it will be considered a forfeiture of their participation in the event.
